Registering with Queen of Charms

While using www.queenofcharms.com in order for you to access some of the features of the website we may require you to register. You will be asked to provide information about yourself that true, accurate, current and complete in all respects. Should any of your information change please notify us as soon as possible by emailing sales@queenofcharms.com

We reserve the right to change the registration process at any time.

Ordering eligibility with Queen of Charms

For you to safely make an order through www.queenofcharms.com you will be requested to register and provide personal details. Customers will be asked to provide their real name, telephone number, email address and other requested information. When ordering items from the site your will be required to provide payment details and warrant that the details you provide upon ordering are correct and valid. You must be able to confirm that you are the said person as referred to in the billing information.

The sites ordering processes will only be available to those who have been issued a valid credit/debit card by a bank that is acceptable to Queen of Charms and who have authorised Queen of Charms to process a charge or charges to a card in the amount of the total purchase price.

By making an offer to purchase, you authorise Queen of Charms to perform the necessary credit checks, to transmit or obtain information about you to or from third parties. This will be done in the interest of authenticating your identity, to validate your credit/debit card, to obtain payment authorisation and to authorise the individual purchase transaction.

Ordering from Queen of Charms

All orders are subject to acceptance and availabliity.

When you place an order with Queen of Charms, at the checkout process you will be able to check your order and correct any errors. We will send you an order confirmation detailing the products you have ordered. Please note that items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.


Acceptance of your Order

Our acceptance of your order takes place when we dispatch the order. We will initially send you a dispatch confirmation by email, which is not classed an acceptance but as a confirmation for receipt of your order. Only when we dispatch the order will the purchase contract between you and Queen of Charms be made, even if your payment has been processed immediately, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order.

We may refuse to accept your order in the following circumstances

a)       where goods are not available
b)       where we can not obtain authorisation for your payment
c)       if there has been a pricing or product description error
d)       if you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions.

The display of any item on our website is not an offer to sell and Queen of Charms shall be under no obligation to supply the products ordered through this website. If you place an order, this will be your offer to purchase the items from us. We will acknowledge your order as soon as possible but will be under no obligation to supply the products ordered unless we have the products in stock and they are available at the prices specified.

If items that you order are out of stock, subject to a delay or the price is higher than that shown on your order, we will try to contact you at the email address you provided when placing your order. If we cannot contact you or receive no response to our email, we will continue to process the remaining items on your order. We will not supply a substitute product without your express authority.

Pricing

All prices on the website are are inclusive of VAT at the current rates, unless you have selected an alternative country where VAT is not charged. We reserve the right to express the price exclusive of VAT.

Product prices are set at the beginning of each season using exisiting currency exchange rates. These prices are subject to change if the applicable currency exchange rate changes before your order is accepted or the items are subject to markdowns at any time during the selling period.

Where we charge separately for packing, carriage and insurance and other relevant charges, the appropriate rates are set out in our specified pricing structure shown elsewhere on this website.

Payment

Payment can be made securely online by Pay Pal, Visa, Mastercard, Solo, Delta or Switch. You may also place your order through telephone on 0845 521 3061. The credit/debit card that is being used must be yours. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order. We also reserve the right to cancel your order. For first time online customers, we may request that shipping be to the credit card billing address only.

By submitting an order to us through our website you represent and warrant that the payment details provided on your order are valid and correct and that when your order is accepted and processed by us, payment will be made in full.

If the billing details for your order are the same as your delivery address details, by placing an order on the website you confirm that you are the person referred to in the delivery address details. Otherwise, by placing an order, you confirm that you are the person referred to in the billing details.

Delivery and Insurance

Queen of Charms insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until delivered to your specified delivery address. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point the responsiblity of your purchased goods passes to you. Should you request a specified recipient who is not you (as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them ot at that address is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by Queen of Charms and transfer the responsibility in the same way.

UK Delivery Options

Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded FREE delivery (requires signature) for orders over £50
All orders over £50 are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded free of charge unless you upgrade your delivery at checkout. This service usually takes 3-5 working days for delivery.  However if in the unlikely event your item is not delivered within this timescale the item is not considered lost until 15 working days has elapsed.

Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded (requires signature) £2.95

Next Working Day Royal Mail Special Delivery (requires signature) £5.95
To qualify for next day delivery you must place your order with us before 12.00pm Monday to Thursday. We CANNOT guarantee next day delivery on orders placed after 12.00pm and any orders placed on a Friday as these may arrive on Monday's due to Royal Mail's terms and conditions.

Delivery within the EU
Shipping within the EU is £6.95.  All jewellery will be shipped within 24 hours but can take approximately up to 4-10 working days to arrive depending on your location and local customs.

Delivery outside the EU (including USA, Canada & Australia)
Shipping outside the EU is £9.95.  All jewellery will be shipped within 24 hours but can take approximately up to 7-14 working days to arrive depending on your location and your local customs.

When ordering goods from queenofcharms.com for delivery overseas, you may be subject to import duties and taxes that are levied once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from queenofcharms.com, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

We aim to despatch all orders placed before 2pm on the same day. If it is likely to take longer then we will let you know, although this is uncommon. All orders require a signature on receipt.

We endeavour to keep adequate stock of all items listed on our website, however in the event of an item being out of stock you are entitled to choose either to wait until it arrives back in stock, or to cancel your order. If an item you order should be out of stock we will advise you as soon as possible.

All payments must be received and authorised before shipment.

Returns

We hope that you will be happy with your purchase.

However if, upon delivery, you notice that any of the products in your order are damaged or you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you are entitled to a refund if reported within 14 days of receiving the goods. We will replace faulty items free of charge.

Please include a note of your order number accompanied by the name of the purchaser, full address and telephone number. Please make sure the goods are packaged securely, protecting the goods from damage while in transit and thata they are with their original packaging where possible. We strongly recommend that you return the goods by registered post as we regret that we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods.

Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded for shipments outside the European Community (EU) ;

Goods are refunded within 28 days. The cost of any undamaged products, correctly returned will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card, including sales taxes for all EU country shipments. As previously stated, international customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable for shipments outside the European Community (EU).

FOR HYGIENE REASONS WE CANNOT REFUND OR EXCHANGE THE PURCHASE OF EARRINGS.
