All orders of £50 or over are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded free of charge unless you upgrade your delivery at checkout. This service usually takes 3-5 working days for delivery.  However if in the unlikely event your item is not delivered within this timescale the item is not considered lost until 15 working days has elapsed.

Standard Delivery Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded (requires signature) £2.95
All jewellery is sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded unless you upgrade your delivery at checkout. This service usually takes 3-5 working days for delivery. Next Working Day Royal Mail Special Delivery (requires signature)£5.95
To qualify for next day delivery you must place your order with us before 12.00pm Monday to Thursday. We CANNOT guarantee next day delivery on orders placed after 12.00pm and any orders placed on a Friday.

Delivery within the EU
Shipping within the EU is £6.95. All jewellery will be shipped within 24 hours but can take approximately up to 4-10 working days to arrive depending on your location and local customs.

Delivery outside the EU (including USA, Canada & Australia)
Shipping outside the EU is £9.95. All jewellery will be shipped within 24 hours but can take approximately up to 7-14 working days to arrive depending on your location and your local customs.

When ordering goods from queenofcharms.com for delivery overseas, you may be subject to import duties and taxes that are levied once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from queenofcharms.com, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

We aim to despatch all orders placed before 2pm on the same day. If it is likely to take longer then we will let you know, although this is uncommon. All orders require a signature on receipt.

We endeavour to keep adequate stock of all items listed on our website, however in the event of an item being out of stock you are entitled to choose either to wait until it arrives back in stock, or to cancel your order. If an item you order should be out of stock we will advise you as soon as possible.

All payments must be received and authorised before shipment.

 

Returns

We hope that you will be happy with your purchase.

However if, upon delivery, you notice that any of the products in your order are damaged or you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you are entitled to a refund if reported within 14 days of receiving the goods (within 21 days of receipt for international customers). We will replace faulty items free of charge.

Simply included a note of your order number in your return package accompanied by the name of the purchaser, full address and telephone number.

All products to be returned must be with their original packaging with tags attached and be in an unworn condidtion. We will not refund goods that have been worn, so not have their original packaging or show obvious signs of abuse. Goods that show obvious signs of abuse will be returned to the buyer. Goods that are returned without their original packaging will be refunded less a deduction of 10%.

Please make sure the goods are packaged securely, protecting the goods from damage while in transit and in their original packaging. We strongly recommend that you return the goods by registered post as we regret that we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods.

Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded for shipments outside the European Community (EU).

Refunds will be made within 28 days of the date of receipt of returned goods. The cost of any undamaged products, correctly returned will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card, including sales taxes for all EU country shipments but excluding shipping charges. As previously stated, international customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable for shipments outside the European Community (EU).

International Customers - If you are returning an item for a refund or exchange then the cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

FOR HYGIENE REASONS WE CANNOT REFUND OR EXCHANGE THE PURCHASE OF EARRINGS.
